Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned art and or rig for non-fungible tokens. Use of our art and or rigging for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited and will be blacklisted.

Individual slots will not be taken until we have confirmed details with the client and have decided to take on the project.

We may not be able to accept it if the deadline is tight.

We do not accept "NSFW" projects.

In the case that permission is given to livestream working on your commission, there is a possibility that we will work on your request on stream. We prioritize projects that are allowed to be streamed.

We require credit to be clearly written on an easy-to-see place. This should be on your Twitter or any SNS bio.

Payment must be paid upfront before we begin to work on the part of the project.

The photo should be HD / not Pixelated and preferably with Landscape view.

Photos can be taken yourself or you can choose photos via free websites on Pixabay, Pexels, and Unsplash.

The service provided is to make your photos anime-style, of course with several applicable requirements to prevent copyright and misuse of products that have been purchased.

Payments are made through VGen and are not served outside the platform, the payment system will be made one time. (Let me know if you want to make a prepayment first and pay it off at the end)

Revisions will be made 2 times, namely Major Revisions when sketching and Minor revisions before rendering. Beyond that, a fee of 20$/revision will be charged.

Let us know if you have a tight and urgent deadline, I will prioritize your order with an extra fee of 10% of the product price.

Delivery will be made via Google Drive and the link will be sent via your Direct Message (Twitter/IG/etc.)

Photo work is done within 3-7 days at work time.

Product use is only prioritized for personal use, apart from that there will be a commercial fee.

Ownership of file rights/copyrights can be given to you if you buy a product with commercial use (the commercial use price will be calculated from 75% of your total commission price). It is not permitted to resell commission proceeds if you do not buy commercial use.

Refunds will be made based on an agreement between the customer and the artist. If the customer cancels the order midway, the refund will be returned at 50% of the calculated price.

PSD and CSP files are shipped in Commercial use packages only.

All backgrounds are digital / non-print and sent via Gdrive/email/Mediafire

I do not provide you Hardfile in the form of PRINT / physical delivery.

MAJOR REVISIONS which will be carried out at the sketch stage, including changing the concept of the room/object/asset. MINOR REVISIONS are made before the rendering stage (changing object colors/replacing minor parts and not the whole concept). IMPORTANT! : When the revision slot runs out, a charge of 10 $ / 200k per revision will be charged. Doing a Major Revision at the end will be subject to a fine in the form of 2x the commission price.

If there is a specific Deadline date for Streaming/Debut/event, please attach it to the request form. I will place your order in the priority queue.

All backgrounds are intended for PERSONAL USE only. The background that will be used for resale will incur a commercial fee. It is prohibited to trade backgrounds without commercial purchases.

IP Background Rights entirely on behalf of the artist. Once again, if you need a Copy Right, please buy in Commercial form.

Refunds will be made when the buyer has made a down payment but canceled the order. Please let me know before making a refund because all DPs are non-refundable once the sketch has been sent. Do not cancel unilaterally, you must notify me via Twitter.

There's a possibility that we will use your model for testing or tutorial video purposes.
